Our Service - How it Works
We offer a high quality professional service, peace of mind, and act with courtesy. This is how the Heathrow valet parking service works, providing the customer with Heathrow airport parking convenience:
Outbound Procedure
- Call mgp heathrow 30 minutes before the pre-arranged meeting time on the valet parking contact number as detailed on your booking confirmation to confirm progress. It is important to meet at the arranged time, if you are running early or late please call to give as much notice as possible. We will endeavour to be flexible to meet you, but please be aware this is subject to resources especially during busy periods.
- A driver will meet you at the pre-arranged meeting point. You will be identified by your car registration and details provided. Clients will be met by the mgp heathrow driver at the designated point at each terminal:
TERMINAL 1: Proceed through the tunnel to the central terminal areas. Stay in the far left hand lane, then enter car park 1 through the barrier, taking a ticket. Proceed to the lower ground floor, which is the second left after the barrier. Hand the ticket and your keys to your driver.
TERMINAL 2: Follow the signs for T2. Pull up into the 3rd lane furthest from the departure gate which is the car set down lane.
TERMINAL 3: Follow signs for T3. Keep to the right lane toward departures and park in the furthest lane away from the terminal building.
TERMINAL 4: Follow signs for T4 departures. Go up ramp and pull up into the 3rd lane furthest from the terminal building.
TERMINAL 5: Drive up the ramp towards Departures, bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow the sign for "Fast Track". At the entrance barrier take a ticket (there is no charge to pay). - The driver will park your car allowing you to proceed directly to check-in.
Inbound Procedure
- Please call contact number on the valet parking contact number as detailed on your booking confirmation AFTER YOU HAVE COLLECTED YOUR LUGGAGE FROM THE BAGGAGE CAROUSEL.
Proceed to:
TERMINAL 1: From the arrivals area on the ground floor, proceed out of the terminal into car park 1, which is directly opposite the main entrance on the ground floor. Then make your way back to the lower ground floor, where you dropped off your car.
Note: If you are on a domestic flight arrivals can be found upstairs on the departure level. Proceed to the exit. Once outside, go to the lift in the centre of the drop off area and choose the lower ground floor button to where you dropped off your car.
TERMINAL 2: Exit terminal to car lane (Both departures and arrivals operate from same car lane).
TERMINAL 3: Back to the DEPARTURE car set down area. (Arrivals is strictly for buses and taxis only).
TERMINAL 4: Go back to the DEPARTURE level.
TERMINAL 5: Proceed to the lifts outside T5, go up to level 4 row L to the Fast Track area where you dropped off your vehicle - Present your photo id to driver (passport or drivers license).
- Drive off to your final destination.
