Our Service - How it Works

Aim

We offer a high quality professional service, peace of mind, and act with courtesy. This is how the Heathrow valet parking service works, providing the customer with Heathrow airport parking convenience:

PLEASE NOTE:

That unless your car:

  • is displaying a valid tax disc and contains a valid tax disc for your return date
  • has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit
  • or is in any other way unsafe to drive

the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. Your contract will be deemed to have started and you will not be able to claim a refund.

Outbound Procedure

Call us 30 minutes before the pre-arranged meeting time on the valet parking contact number as detailed on your booking confirmation to confirm progress. It is important to meet at the arranged time, if you are running early or late please call to give as much notice as possible. We will aim to be flexible to meet you, but please be aware this is subject to resources especially during busy periods.

A driver will meet you at the pre-arranged meeting point. You will be identified by your car registration and details provided. Clients will be met by the driver at the designated point at each terminal who will identify themselves by way of their 'Happy Days' parking Paperwork with your details.

They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return. Now all you have to do is walk straight into the Terminal to catch your flight:

TERMINAL 1:

Arrival Heathrow

  1. From M4, Junction 4. On entering Heathrow through the tunnel follow signs for terminal 1 departures.
  2. Proceed up the ramp keeping to the left, for the lower level set down area.
  3. Your Chauffeur will be wearing the company uniform which is a Light blue polo shirt with Happydays Priorty services Written on it they will also be displaying their company issued ID

On your return

Please call 01895 442244 once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs
Vehicles are returned to DEPARTURES.

TERMINAL 3:

Arrival Heathrow

  1. Please follow the signs to the Terminal once you exit the tunnel.
  2. Please go to the middle departures lane outside the terminal.
  3. Your Chauffeur will be wearing the company uniform which is a Light blue polo shirt with Happydays Priorty services Written on it they will also be displaying their company issued ID.

On your return

Please call 01895 442244 once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs.
Vehicles are returned to the middle departures lane.

TERMINAL 4:

Arrival Heathrow

  1. Please follow the signs to the terminal.
  2. Please go to the outside departures lane outside the terminal.
  3. Your Chauffeur will be wearing the company uniform which is a Light blue polo shirt with Happydays Priorty services Written on it they will also be displaying their company issued ID.

On your return

Please call 01895 442244 once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs.
Vehicles are returned to DEPARTURES.

TERMINAL 5:

On your arrival

  1. Follow signs to departures which will take you up a ramp. Staying in the right hand lane of the ramp, follow signs to the short term car park.
  2. Staying in the left hand lane, make your way to the end of the fast track lane which will bring you to a set of barriers....Take a ticket from the machine and make your way to section L or M your chauffer will meet you in either one of these rows.
  3. The chauffeur will be wearing a blue shirt or jacket with the company name Happydays on it.

On your return

Please call 01895 442244 once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs.
Vehicles are returned to Terminal 5 carpark , level 4 section L or M.
