Our Service - How it Works

Aim

We offer a high quality professional service, peace of mind, and act with courtesy. This is how the Heathrow valet parking service works, providing the customer with Heathrow airport parking convenience:

PLEASE NOTE:

That unless your car:

  • Is below 2.15 metres in height as there are height restrictions in place at Heathrow
  • has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit
  • or is in any other way unsafe to drive

the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. Your contract will be deemed to have started and you will not be able to claim a refund.

Heathrow (LHR) (Open from 4.00am - Midnight)

Terminal 1 - Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1AP

Terminal 1 (and associated car parks), are at present closed, so until opens again, there are no instructions for this terminal.


Terminal 2 - Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW

Terminal 2 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised that we have improved our service, and it is now no longer necessary for you to call 10 minutes before your arrival or on your return after you have landed.

Going forward we have arranged with Purple Parking to assist with the handover of your vehicle, and would ask that you approach the Purple Parking/Meteor representative at the grey desk located at each short term car park at the same drop off and pick up area as with Meteor.

  • Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park 2
  • Drive up the ramp, fork right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm
  • Keep to your left and stay in the lane for level 1, 2 & 3 (the car park entrance on your far left) (PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CAR PARK VIA THE FAR RIGHT HAND BARRIERS)
  • Drive down the ramp following the P - Off Airport signs and exit at level 2.
  • Follow the P - Off Airport signs all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the car park.
  • Take your keys to the Handover captain at the grey desk near the lifts

Terminal 2 - RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised that we have improved our service and it is now no longer necessary for you to call after you have landed.

Leave customs, turn left and exit the terminal opposite Travelex/M&S food, walk across the pedestrian bridge and take the set of lifts on the left to level 2 rows A and B.

Collect your keys from our representative at the grey desk. Please note if the flight number is incorrect or you come on an earlier flight please call 0208 867 4618 otherwise your vehicle will not be dispatched.


Terminal 3- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG

Terminal 3 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised that we have improved our service, and it is now no longer necessary for you to call 10 minutes before your arrival or on your return after you have landed.

Going forward we have arranged with Purple Parking to assist with the handover of your vehicle, and would ask that you approach the Purple Parking/Meteor representative at the grey desk located at each short term car park at the same drop off and pick up area as with Meteor.

  • Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3
  • Drive up the ramp and exit at level 3
  • Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park (drive past the first lift area)
  • Take your keys to the Handover captain at the grey desk near the lifts.

Terminal 3 - RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised that we have improved our service and it is now no longer necessary for you to call after you have landed.

Leave customs, bear right and follow signs to short stay park 3 {past boots}. Take the lift to level 1, turn left and walk across the pedestrian bridge. Take the lift on your right to level 3 rows B.

Collect your keys from our representative at the grey desk. Please note if the flight number is incorrect or you come on an earlier flight please call 0208 867 4618 otherwise your vehicle will not be dispatched.

Terminal 4 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised that we have improved our service, and it is now no longer necessary for you to call 10 minutes before your arrival or on your return after you have landed.

Going forward we have arranged with Purple Parking to assist with the handover of your vehicle, and would ask that you approach the Purple Parking/Meteor representative at the grey desk located at each short term car park at the same drop off and pick up area as with Meteor.

  • Follow the signs to short stay car park.
  • Drive up the ramp and keep to your right
  • Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2
  • Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs and park on your right.
  • Take your keys to the Handover captain at the grey desk near the lifts.

Terminal 4 - RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised that we have improved our service as it is now no longer necessary for you to call after you have landed.

Exit on ground floor near W H Smith, go to short stay car park, turn left past the pay machine and take the lift to level 2. Exit the lifts and turn right and collect your keys from our representative at the grey desk.

Terminal 5- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA

Terminal 5 - ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised that we have improved our service, and it is now no longer necessary for you to call 10 minutes before your arrival or on your return after you have landed.

Going forward we have arranged with Purple Parking to assist with the handover of your vehicle, and would ask that you approach the Purple Parking/Meteor representative at the grey desk located at each short term car park at the same drop off and pick up area as with Meteor.

  • Follow signs for Short stay Passenger pick-up
  • Drive up the ramp, filter to the right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm
  • KEEP to your LEFT and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4.
  • Once inside, follow the arrows and the P - Off Airport signs to the end of the car park to ROWS R & S.
  • Take your keys to the Handover captain at the grey desk near the lifts.

Terminal 5 - RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please be advised that we have improved our service as it is now no longer necessary for you to call after you have landed.

Leave via the red exit past Café Nero, when outside the building take the lift to level 4 Row S short stay car park and collect your keys from our representative at the grey desk.
